Starting February 1st, as many as 80 high school graduates in Serbia will be a part of a mentoring program through which they will be guided by seven top professionals from the fields of film, music, production, photography, theater and gaming as part of the Creative Career mentoring program.

Creative career is a mentoring program intended for graduates of specialized art departments in high schools, but also for all creative graduates who need an additional push to find an ideal profession. Graduates had the opportunity to apply for the program during the month of December last year, and 80 selected ones will have the opportunity to study and improve in the selected fields from February 1st to March 31st, 2024.

Mentors are young professionals from various creative industries who have fresh university experience but know the industry very well, what the labor market looks like and the easiest way to achieve their goals. Through online sessions, our participants will receive adequate professional guidance and information about various courses and programs at faculties in Serbia.

Mentor in the field of theater is Tijana Grumić from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, assistant in the department of dramaturgy, in the field of film Strahinja Madžarević from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade who is an assistant in the courses film and television dramaturgy and dramaturgy of comics, Aleksandra Popović in the field of photography, founder and lecturer at the Fabrika fotografa school, Luka Jovanović Luksone, music producer and composer from Basiviti Grup and is in charge of the music industry, Katarina Puletić, event manager from Prosound Conference Systems is in charge of production and Nikola Šoškić, founder of Šoša Games and game developer will cover the gaming knowledge.

Due to the great interest in film, during the registration process we expanded the places by introducing an additional group for this major. The mentor who will lead the new group is Helena Kominac, film director and student of the university program for research and creation in audiovisual at ENSAV in Toulouse.
